Valeria Aloe, MBA

Founder of the Rising Together Movement and Author of Uncolonized Latinas 

Valeria worked +20 years in brand management and finance in leading companies across 7 countries, including Procter & Gamble, Citibank, Reckitt Benckiser and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Most lately, she has been leading entrepreneurial platforms at the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of New Jersey and Montclair State University, supporting hundreds of diverse entrepreneurs to launch and grow their businesses, expand their networks, create jobs, and access capital.

Following her calling to serve the Latino community, she founded the Rising Together Movement with the mission of bridging the cultural gap between Latinos and non-Latino leaders. Through workshops, strategic advisory and DEI consulting on Latino culture and mindset trends, she helps organizations that want to retain their Latino talent and gain share in this growing market. 

Her work has earned her several awards, including “Top 100 Latina in the US in 2023”, “Top 50 Women in Business in New Jersey in 2020” and “5th most influential Hispanic in New Jersey in 2021.” Her book won the non-fiction first place at the New York Book Festival, among 16 national and international recognitions.

Valeria holds degrees in Business Administration and Finance from Universidad Catolica Argentina, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a Master in Spiritual Sciences. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Spiritual Sciences.
